Amazon, Microsoft, and Google providing Israeli army with “endless” AI and cloud support for genocide

According to a report by +972 Magazine, it’s been confirmed that massive tech companies are aiding Israel’s military campaign and genocide in Palestine. Amazon Web Services pledged “endless storage” on the cloud to Israel for surveillance gathering on nearly every single person living in Gaza. Microsoft and Google are giving full access to their widely condemned AI tools to the Israeli military as well, in addition to cloud service technology.

Leaked audio from Col. Racheli Dembinsky, commander of the Israeli army's Center of Computing and Information Systems Unit, reveals that these companies helped Israel’s military create an “operation cloud” during their operations since October 7th.

According to The Express Tribune: “Dembinsky described this internal cloud as a “weapons platform” that includes applications for marking bombing targets, a portal for viewing live drone footage over Gaza’s skies, and fire, command and control systems.”

These massive tech firms have reshaped the fabric of society with the data industry and they are leveraging that power to enable genocide and totalitarian surveillance. It’s important to note that these servers and tech giants and AI innovators and cloud computing systems are here, in the United States.

The tools needed to make Israel’s genocide possible go beyond just the munitions and weapons systems. The tech industry is not apolitical. It’s deeply entrenched in far-right, eliminationist policy. It’s up to use to stand against them.
